Privacy Policy

The full OLISE Claims Privacy Policy is being finalized with our legal counsel and will be published before the public general availability release.

In the meantime, we collect the minimum personal information necessary to operate the platform: account email, password hash, organization membership, and claims data you choose to manage with our software. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not store IP addresses from email open pixels.

Your data rights

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), an EU/UK resident (GDPR), or believe your data is being handled in a way you did not authorize, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Send a request to privacy@olise.ai and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Vendors and service providers

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI assistance), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), and Stripe (payments) as sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
